Ziti noodles tossed in our homemade marinara, with ricotta cheese, Parmesan, asiago cheese and fresh herbs. Topped with mozzarella and baked to a finish.
Baked Chicken
Fresh chicken with our dry rub marinade, baked tender and moist finished with a splash of wine.
Salisbury Steak
Ground beef infused with green peppers, red peppers, onions, herbs and spices. Finished with a cabernet demi-glace.
Beef Stroganoff
Fresh strips of beef, pan seared with fresh garlic, then slow cooked. Finished with fresh mushrooms, sherry wine, sour cream and blended into our homemade demi-glace. No knife needed for this dish, guaranteed tender.
BBQ Pork
NC pulled BBQ tender and moist, served with slaw and NC Style sauce. This dish is also available chopped.
Chicken Cordon Blue
Fresh chicken breast stuffed with ham and mozzarella cheese then rolled in breadcrumbs. Finished with a heavy cream reduction, chicken stock, and white wine and fresh herbs. This dish will have you coming back for seconds. Try this dish with our Marsala cream sauce for a twist.
Fried Chicken
This tried and true southern tradition needs no introduction. This E.T. Signature item comes with a warning, highly stimulating and addictive to your palate. Always moist and hot, try the spicy version if you're ready.
Cheese Manicotti
Tubes of Pasta stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella, fresh herbs and spices, finished with our Signature marinara and mozzarella cheese cooked slowly to allow the flavors to release.
Jerk Pork Chops
Center cut pork chops rubbed in jerk seasoning, then marinated in beer. Finished on the grill and topped with a zest of orange. This island tradition will have everyone feeling the breeze. You may also choose jerk chicken.
