It is with extreme pleasure that I write this letter of reference for Elegant Touches Catering. I utilized their services for one of the most important events of my life to date, my wedding on April 24, 2004. Omar Humes, proprietor, was my main contact.
When we were interviewing various catering vendors it was very clear to my fiancée and I who we were going to utilize. From the very beginning of the process Mr. Humes worked with procession and professionalism. He worked very well within our budget even offering recommendations on what could make the event better. He also met us at the reception facility, which is located 2.5 hours away to help us visualize and map out our entire reception set-up. He worked with the facility staff on the use of the kitchen, which was a huge help to me. And the day of the wedding, Mr. Humes and his staff were very professional and accommodating to our wedding party and guests. Everyone enjoyed the food, service, and classy presentation. I still get compliments about the catering and requests for Elegant Touches Catering’s contact information. In fact, I have referred this stellar business to other companies-including my own place of employment.
If it weren’t for Elegant Touches Catering, and Mr. Humes in particular, this often chaotic and hectic time would have been just that instead of the seamless event that it was.
